The location of this hotel is great, the staff is loyal. The coffee bar was a plus. When we came, the owner met us and was friendly.

The location was adjacent to everything we wanted to do. Ric's fish and chips, located within 5 minutes' walk, is a good dining option. There was free parking. A fine base for exploring Dunedin.
